About this role…

As the Events & Reservations Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our guests and our venues. Your role is all about creating smooth, enjoyable experiences from the very first enquiry through to the final cheers at the event. You’ll manage incoming bookings, coordinate private functions, and design unique, memorable events that reflect our brand’s personality. Working closely with our venue teams, you’ll ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes while keeping our guests informed and excited. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same – one moment you’ll be locking in a corporate booking, the next you’ll be helping plan a beer dinner or ensuring reservations are perfectly balanced for a busy weekend service. At the heart of it all, you’ll play a vital role in filling our spaces with great people, good vibes, and unforgettable moments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing inbound enquiries and turning them into confirmed bookings (aka: turning “just checking dates” into “lock us in!”).
  • Coordinating events big and small – from intimate beer & food pairings to multi-site activations.
  • Working closely with our venue teams to design unique, memorable experiences.
  • Keeping guests in the loop before and after their events, making sure they feel looked after.
  • Driving private function bookings and helping us fill our spaces with good times.
  • Overseeing reservations through Now Book It, making sure tables are optimised and the vibe stays right.
  • Using a creative, proactive approach to keep the venues full and buzzing.
  • Supporting day-to-day hospo life with a guest-first mindset – because nothing beats a warm welcome and a cold beer.

    What we’re looking for:
  • Someone with hospitality or events experience (bonus points if you’ve wrangled large groups before).
  • A people person who loves solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised but flexible – you can plan like a pro but roll with the punches when needed.
  • Clear communicator with a knack for making people feel at ease.
  • Passion for good beer and even better experiences.
